The Firm counsels employers – and successfully litigates before courts and state/federal agencies – on all employment law aspects (including discrimination (race, gender, age), wage and hour, harassment, Americans with Disabilities, Family and Medical Leave, Title VII, and Fair Labor Standards Act disputes) and drafts employment, separation and non-compete agreements.
Achievements of Note:
- Through early intervention and exhaustive investigation, swiftly and inexpensively resolved multi-million dollar sexual harassment suit pre-litigation leveraging settlement to restructure entity to transition alleged wrongdoer out of shareholder, director and executive roles.
- Reviewed, drafted and revised employee hand books and policies to comply with federal and state employment laws.
